Virtually every TeleMagic installation has been customized by a Business Partner to attain the “right fit”. AMPs have created thousands of custom solutions for a wide variety of industries, all using TeleMagic. And many AMPs have created turnkey solutions for specific industries. These TeleMagic based custom solutions include health care management, sports team ticket processing, freight forwarding, hardware parts order processing, maritime insurance agency and many more.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Technical Support is also provided solely by AMPs. They maintain extensive knowledge on the TeleMagic product and maintain a close community for knowledge sharing, application development and vertical solution integration.

If selling product from your TeleMagic inventory, prior notification is required in order to expedite your customer’s registration. Please complete the Inventory Sales Form and fax to 1-480-368-3798 or e-mail the completed form to TMSales.CRM@Sage.com for record retention.

If you have a client that needs to register a license for TeleMagic, please complete the Registration Form and fax to 1-480-368-3798 or e-mail the completed form to TMSales.CRM@Sage.com for processing. Registrations must be submitted prior to 2 pm (MST Arizona) Monday – Friday by fax or e-mail for same day processing.
